Level 0404 | $59k-$65k pro-rata plus 9.5% superannuation
Access Programs is situated within CUTL and provides University preparation programs and access pathways to people who have the capacity and aspiration to undertake study at Murdoch University but do not meet the requirements for direct entry. The area has a particular focus on enabling students who have experienced socio-economic or educational disadvantage to gain access to the University.
The position will act as a first point of contact for potential students and will encourage the progression of initial interest into application and enrolment. Key responsibilities include responding to general enquiries for CUTL, providing administrative support to the Centre and working collaboratively with Admissions and Enrolment teams to facilitate student application processes.

Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a student-facing support role and have well-developed customer service skills. You will also possess a high level of computer literacy, sound workload management skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
