The School of Health Professions is comprised of Nursing, Chiropractic and Counselling disciplines, with students completing undergraduate and graduate courses at both the Perth and Mandurah campuses. The School is proud to provide students pursuing a career in these areas with some of the best learning and development resources in the state.
The main objective of the School Office is to support academic teaching and research activities in line with the University’s strategic plan.
The primary purpose of this role is to support the School by delivering timely, efficient and effective front office administrative support. This position has been created to reflect the strategic development of quality teaching, research and scholarship within the School and will be based across at the Mandurah Campus, with capacity to work at Perth when required. Please note that the school is happy to offer flexible working hours for this role.

Skills and Experience
Relevant Associate Diploma and/or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and/or education/training.
A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with the capability and willingness to learn new packages as appropriate.
Organisational, time and workload management skills, including the ability to prioritise workload to meet strict deadlines.
Highly effective communication, customer service and interpersonal skills, and the demonstrated ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with staff at all levels of the organization, and proven ability to work in a team environment.
